Develop Your Workforce

Why Hire People with Disabilities?
Businesses are discovering the labor market’s best-kept secret — hiring persons with disabilities can reduce high employee turnover and, in some cases, can also provide tax deductions. Furthermore, new employees under certain government programs are provided on-the-job training from agencies, such as Gulfstream Goodwill.

There are thousands of people with disabilities who are waiting to become loyal, productive members of the workforce. Concentrating on their ability rather than disability, they take pride in coming to work every day. This attitude is noticed by customers who see a workplace exhibiting quality, values and caring.
