An Evening of Palms in Paradise

          On Saturday, March 08, 2007, Gulfstream Goodwill Industries held its annual fundraiser at Ironhorse Country Club. Over 130 supporters attended the tropical themed dinner dance. The evening featured the live music of the Fabulous Rhythm Kings and an amazing silent and live auction. The top selling auction item was a one week stay in a Manhattan apartment which included Sunday brunch for two at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and two JetBlue Airways tickets. The event raised $28,000.00 for the charity, which assists people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
